My thoughts are with those who are affected by the recent tragedy in Japan, directly or indirectly. Even in the areas that are far from the center of the quake, tsunami, or nuclear reactor failure, everyday life of the people are very much inconvenienced. I hope you keep them in your thoughts too, and please do not overreact or panicked by misleading information coming from some irresponsible media. I am talking to my family and friends every day, and although they are experiencing inconveniences, they are carrying on their everyday life in a calm manner. I believe in quick recovery of the country, although directly affected areas may need a lot of support from kind people around the world in the years to come.
Thank you.

I am done (for now) with business trip circuit. Two more lectures left in New York, and this school year’s lecture and school visit will be done. Weather in New York has been life spring, and everyone on the steet looks so happy. Hope we can keep this weather for a while.
In the meantime, heading out to School of Visual Arts MFA Illustration to lecture there tonight.
